The STRIVE Mentorship Program aims to direct and shape the right approach towards creating meaningful connections with industry professionals. Developing a relationship with an experienced industry professional has countless benefits. Not only will you obtain professional advice and industry knowledge from your mentor, but they may guide you in developing a valuable network which could open the doors to potential job opportunities. Our organization strives to provide the opportunity to build strong Mentor-Mentee connections. We are looking for hard working and highly motivated students who are eager to use this program to further progress their early careers!

How does it work?

1. Fill out an application to tell us about yourself, and let us know what type of industry you are interested in (link below).
2. We will carefully read over your application to ensure you are a good fit for the program. Upon acceptance, our team will pair you with a mentor from a relevant industry that best aligns with your interests and career goals. 
3. Once the mentor-mentee pairing has been made, an introductory meeting will be arranged to discuss frequency of future meetings as well as career and program goals. 

Note: Some mentors may require additional information before accepting a student as their mentee. We will inform you of any additional requirements.
